Bachelor in Architectural Design / Draftsperson
Responsibilities

• Transferring schematic proposal into project layouts
• Assists with construction documents and administration
• Assists with preparation of construction drawings and construction detailing for contractors
• Develops, checks and coordinates technical aspects of the design of a project
• Will be a creative and trusted problem-solver
• Measuring existing buildings and transferring into project layouts

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design / Draftsperson
• You’re interested in the building industry and all related technical aspects
• You have a passion for drawing and you are IT-minded
• You’re familiar with AUTOCAD, knowledge of 3Dmax is not a must
• Good knowledge of Excel and Windows
• You’re Dutch-speaking, knowledge of French and / or English is a plus
